Europcar and Audi present winner with new Audi A3

Europcar managing director Mr Ron Santiago and Audi managing director, Mr Joerg Hofmann, today presented a brand new Audi A3 Sportback to Lisa Clydesdale from Stockton, New South Wales. Ms Clydesdale is the winner of Europcar’s ‘Cartoberfest’ competition.

The Audi A3 Sportback - provided by Audi Australia - was the major prize in the Cartoberfest competition. Every customer who chose Europcar for car rental during the 8 week competition period received a lucky ticket which needed to be redeemed online for the chance to win the Audi A3. Lisa Clydesdale was drawn the winner from over 10,000 entrants.

The Audi A3 Sportback features a 7-speed S tronic transmission and Parallel Park Assist that helps drivers find a suitable parking spot and reverse into it. Europcar’s prestige car hire range features the Audi A3 Sportback (including diesel options), A4, A4 Avant, A4 Cabriolet and A6 models.

Upon the presentation of the keys at Audi’s flagship Lighthouse terminal in Sydney, Ms Clydesdale said ‘This is the best Christmas present I could have ever wished for!’

Mr Ron Santiago commented, ‘This competition was a unique way to give our customers an added benefit for renting with Europcar. Thanks to our generous partner, Audi Australia, we were able to allow one of our customers to drive away with the car of their dreams’.
